Customer will need to call 811 dig to have the area checked for underground pipes, power lines and other tent staking issues before we arrive. Check with your municipality if a permit is needed. 

Desired tent area must be easily accessible with soft flat ground such as grass or dirt. This tent can not be set up on blacktop or pavement. This tent will require an additional space of at least 5' on all sides for set up. You will charged additional setup fees for above normal setup requirements.

Customer Pick Up Info: Full price due at pick up, with discounted balance refunded within 7 days of item being returned complete and undamaged. Weekend rentals may pickup on Friday anytime and return on Monday anytime.
